- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, resource allocation, and timelines, and monitor progress against plan.
- Implement project management methodologies and best practices to optimize project outcomes and minimize risks.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, team and facilitate resolution of conflicts or barriers to progress.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource utilization, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in project management and IT governance, and apply knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
