* At least 2 years of work experience in the livestock industry.
* Good knowledge of livestock management, animal health, and animal care techniques.
* Knowledge of farm financial management, including budgeting and operational cost planning.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with decision-making abilities.
* Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office for reporting purposes.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and able to make sound decisions.
* Organized and able to plan ahead.
* Understanding of the latest livestock technologies and the digitalization process in the livestock industry.
* Ability to adapt to changes and innovations in the livestock industry.
* Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and challenges.

Tanggung Jawab
* Oversee all operational activities on the farm, including livestock care, feeding, health management, and environmental cleanliness.
* Develop farming procedures that meet high animal welfare standards and implement best practices for the environment.
* Ensure that animal health and welfare standards are maintained by providing proper feeding, drinking, and care.
* Develop production plans and manage farm outputs.
* Ensure that animal health and welfare are maintained through proper feeding, water, and care.
* Administer medicine and vaccinations safely and effectively, after receiving training or under appropriate supervision.
* Repair any damages and record and respond to all events or incidents.
* Provide training and development to farm staff in technical aspects and workplace safety.
* Ensure the health and cleanliness of the livestock through regular inspections, vaccinations, and medical care according to standards.
* Manage the farm budget, including purchasing feed, equipment, and other operational costs.
* Ensure the farm operates in compliance with applicable government regulations and industry policies (e.g., food safety, animal protection, environment, etc.).
* Develop long-term plans for farm business growth, including the use of the latest technology and sustainable farming practices.
