4. Strong understanding of food product development, formulation, and processing.
5. Demonstrates creativity and innovation in developing new food products.
6. Proficient in English (active) for both technical communication and collaboration with principals/suppliers.
7. Skilled in Microsoft Office and basic formulation or lab software.
8. Willing to learn new things and continuously improve technical and market knowledge.
9. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
10. Able to work independently and cross-functionally
11. Good presentation and communication skills to deliver product knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.
12. Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and relevant food safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
1. Develop and execute work plans based on programs provided by the R&D Manager.
2. Supervise and monitor the performance and target achievement of the R&D division team.
3. Ensure the consistency of product quality, raw materials, and ongoing product development.
4. Assist the R&D Manager in achieving departmental targets and company goals.
5. Develop product prototypes to support the sales team in customer presentations and product trials.
6. Provide technical support and training to the sales team on product applications and formulation.
7. Collaborate with principals and suppliers for product development, technical support, and knowledge sharing.
8. Lead application development projects aligned with market trends and customer needs.
9. Provide ideation and insights for new product concepts and application opportunities.
10. Support troubleshooting of product issues at customer sites.
