- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information System, Mathematic or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2-year progressive experience in data analysis or IT field or equivalent combination.
- Hands-on experience in CRM / loyalty program system for NGO or retail industry
- Experience in data analysis and project management. - Analytical mindset, strong numerical sense good communication, presentation skills. - Proficiency in Excel & SQL.
- Experienced in using tools for data visualization such as Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, etc
- Experience with MS Office software, Windows and Macintosh environment.
- Experience manipulating, analyzing and interpreting data.
- Good written & spoken English

Tanggung Jawab
- System Support: Assist with setting up the process of the digital sign up system and provide technical assistance or connect with system support if there are issues. Manage the data from and to the digital sign-up system and create reports based on the data from digital sign-up and CRM systems.
- Acquisition Agency Support: Provide data for calculating agency fees and clawback. Ensure all agency data is accurate, timely and integrated into one database.
- Gift Processing Support: Compile bank processing results, and reconcile revenue with the finance team. Create reports for payment of service fees for fundraisers and ensure timely payment from finance.
- Retention Donor Support: Provide donor data related to donor journey, reactivation, hard bounce, soft bounce, donation upgrade, and other data request as needed.
- Acquisition Support: Provide comprehensive support to all acquisition teams by managing related system, database and reports.
- Administrative Support: Provide technical assistance to all team related to fundraising database and system to ensure the effectiveness of business process.
- Together with the Systems and Analytics Manager, create and help analyze donor data to increase donor quality.
- Work on system and data related projects, including new system implementation, reporting integration, feature releases, testing, issue resolution, and other related task.
